GTM problems require a blend of systems and people skills. You can fix software or suggest a new strategy. But without trust, clarity, and buy-in, the solution will fall short. I've seen it play out consistently across 12+ years of building revenue engines in SaaS.

I started as a frontline AE, then moved into Sales Management, Sales Ops, RevOps, Lifecycle Marketing, and Executive Leadership. I've been part of two acquisitions and four funding rounds, including a journey with Contactually from $1M to $12M ARR and an experience being acquired by a unicorn public company. I've held enough seats to know how the whole thing is supposed to fit together, and where it usually doesn't.

I take pride in my Renaissance background. Before SaaS I taught K-5 Special Education and 4th grade. I coach unified rugby for athletes with disabilities. I'm an uncle, a brother, a Minnesota native, an activist, a drummer, a foodie, and will show off my cat doing tricks to anyone willing to watch.
